Eden Energy Medicine Introductory Class

Learn about this fascinating and effective method of energy balancing in a comfortable, fun and supportive environment. This class is for you! Taught in two sessions that are straightforward, easy and chock full of information to help you take better care of yourself, your family, friends and clients. The class covers many of the key topics from Donna Eden’s award-winning book, Energy Medicine. The information you gain from this class will help you feel and be your best and help others too!

  • June:                   Session 1 – June 22nd & Session 2 – June 30, 2019
• Time:   9:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Where:   TBD, Wilmington, NC
• Cost:   $125 per session without CEs or $135 per session with 6 NCBTMB CEs
               $250 for the entire class  (both sessions) without CEs or $270 for both sessions with 12 CEs
                            Limited number of spaces available, register early.
• CE’s:   6 NCBTMB CE hours per session for Massage Therapists available on request – $10 fee

Energy Medicine Session 1
Open to All
Introduces the basics of Eden Energy Medicine plus many topics that are important for self-care and healing. An easy Daily Energy Routine is taught to get your basic energies humming in no time, plus techniques for feeling more grounded, centered and vital. Session 1 includes meridians and how to balance these rivers of energy that bathe and revitalize the body and it’s energy systems. Lots of hands-on practice.

Energy Medicine Session 2
Session 1 Required
This session builds on what you learned in Session 1 adding effective techniques for stress reduction and pain relief. Other topics explored include keeping the Aura vibrant and healthy and how to test foods and other substances: Is what you’re putting into your body compatible with your body’s energy? This class is full of hands-on practice and ends with each participant experiencing a mini energy medicine session that balances and calms the body’s energy.

Instructor:
Suzi Snyder, Ph.D., EEMAP, is a certified Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and certified Energy Medicine Teacher. She has been practicing Eden Energy Medicine for 8 years in combination with life coaching and Reiki. Her passion for Eden Energy Medicine and her love of teaching combine to make these classes informative, fun and engaging
